What makes it different from Vikings is that it shows the other side of the coin. While the other TV show focuses on Ragnar’s raids in England and other places, this one focuses on the happenings in England. Using real historical figures like Alfred the Great, it tells the story of how England was formed from 7 separate kingdoms.
