Here’s What Gerald Anderson Had To Say About ‘Ghosting’ Bea Alonzo
Talks of ‘ghosting’ recently went viral when Bea Alonzo famously addressed her relationship issues with Gerald Anderson in a chance interview by saying: “Honestly, to my understanding, we did not break up. He just started not talking to me.” Ghosting is, of course, the act of ending a relationship by stopping all forms of communication. It took a few weeks of drama and intrigue but it looks like Gerald is ready to share his side of the story on his relationship (or lack of it) with Bea.

In an interview with ABS-CBN‘s Ganiel Krishnan Gerald went on to talk about how his relationship with Bea had devolved into numerous fights. He claims it was no longer healthy for them to be together. “Siguro ang nangyari, just like any relationship, we had fight after fight after fight. Then we had that one big fight na d’on niya nailabas lahat ng emotions and feelings,” Gerald said. [What probably happened, just like any relationship, we had fight after fight after fight. Then we had that one big fight where all the emotions and feelings were let out.]

He shares that it was that particular fight which led to him making certain decisions regarding their relationship. “Nand’on ‘yung realization na hindi na siya masyadong healthy and we’re just hurting each other. Ayun umabot sa point na ayawan na talaga. Then after that you’ve got to stay strong para umiwas muna sa communication,” Gerald explained. [That’s when I had the realization that the relationship wasn’t too healthy anymore and we’re just hurting each other. It reached the point where we were just fighting. Then after that you’ve got to stay strong so that you can avoid communication.”

However, there are still a number of things left unclear about the situation. One thing is whether the couple considers themselves to be officially broken up, while another is the possible involvement of a third party.
