Mariah Carey’s ‘All I Want For Christmas Is You’ Voted Most Annoying Christmas Song
Looks like not everyone is too pleased about Mariah Carey’s hit holiday song “All I Want For Christmas Is You” dominating the airwaves this Christmas season. In fact, the British public seems to be sick and tired of hearing it being played all around that they just voted it as the most annoying Christmas song EVER.
This was the result of a survey conducted by mobile phone company Huawei to mark the launch of their latest headphones, FreeBuds. The survey asked citizens of the United Kingdom which songs they hated the most during the holidays.
It was found that Mariah Carey’s track took the top spot.
This is hardly enough to dissuade the Songbird Supreme from having her shining moment this Christmas, however. In fact, she just recently released a deluxe edition of her 1994 album “Merry Christmas” in celebration of its 25th anniversary! She also consistently returns to top the charts of the Billboard Holiday Hot 100 every year, and 2019 isn’t going to be an exception.
No matter what your feelings might be about her song, one thing is certain: the holidays are never complete without it!
