1. Support a cause.

BGC’s theme this year is fairy tales. Pretty much everyone has heard of fairy tales from books, bedtime stories, or exercises at school. These kind of stories encapsulate wonderful values like kindness and love, and a way to keep good traditions alive. That is why Fort Bonifacio Development Foundation, BGC’s social responsibility arm, came up with Project Aklatan. For this advocacy, BGC will be donating storybooks and reading materials to their partner communities in Taguig.

Project Aklatan is a literacy program with an emphasis on young children. It aims to help children read and develop functional literacy.
